If visa officer rejects the candidate for L1A category, can we apply once more to give it a try ? Will there be any changes in decision made earlier ?

We would want to assess why that person was rejected and see how long it's been since their initial submission. Feel free to call our office to chat with one of our attorneys to discuss more: 716-634-1010.

Hi, quick question- if my dependent wife is working for a foreign company, can she show that in the DS160 at the time of L1A visa interview ?
@BerardiImmigrationLawBuffalo Жыл бұрын
If your spouse is applying for L-2S status as your dependent upon approval of your L-1, then she will have work authorization incident to her status. She is welcome to work for a U.S. or foreign company while in the U.S.

If the Visa is for 3 years and passport expired in 1 years time what will happen to the 3 years of L1A visa?
@BerardiImmigrationLawBuffalo6 ай бұрын
The visa is what allows individuals to travel internationally. The L-1 status is what allows the individual to live and work in the U.S. If a person has valid L-1 status, they can remain in the U.S. for the three-year period. They just would not be able to travel abroad and return to the U.S. without a valid visa after it expires in one year.

Hey I am currently a manager of a support team who are entirely based in US and I live in UK. My company is thinking of L1A and my future role in the US will be changed where I will manage support and other function. I have direct reports in the US but no direct reports in UK, will there be any problem in L1A or EB1 for not having direct reports in UK ? Appreciate any feedback.
