I am already a member. If possible, the training video is equipped with Indonesian subtitles. That's why I had difficulty understanding the instructions. To be precise, I only understand part of it. I couldn't practice it properly because I only understood a little English. the training got a bit boring. The knowledge is good, but I can't understand it properly because of the language difference, generally we Indonesians don't speak English on average.

I think this is especially obvious with people trying to lose weight and people trying to quit addiction. I personally tried using affirmations and I did see some results from them. I would use them first in the morning and before bed. One particular affirmation kinda blew my mind when I got the result, but one thing I noticed is that if I didn’t stay consistent I wouldn’t see results or notice any results. I’d say if you haven’t tried them yourself then you can’t by sure they will or will not work.
