I have an MBA from PEPPERDINE University, and in our class of human behavior, we literally took a test for our ESP abilities. All of us were completely floored by the results! I practiced with the silva method for a couple of months, 15mins 3x per day or more, and I can say for a fact that the strength and frequency of my intuition tripled. I knew what some cards were in games without flipping them over. I knew something bad was about to happen to my car a couple of mins before it happened. (a cyclist texting while riding smacked into the mirror) then I had a few telepathic experiences that i wasn't prepared for and i stopped completely because i felt so confused on whether or not it was real, and then conflicted about if it was right or wrong to have experienced it. I just started back up with it a few days ago, and ill be meditating on love, acceptance, happiness, courage, success, abundance and peace, to keep myself positive, centered and balanced, and strong, to handle any possible emotional discomfort.

points I learnt.. state of limitless: connectedness, intuition,luck ! you should be driven by goals(inspiration) and not put happiness as a reward after attaining the goal..it should be used as fuel and you must be happy will all you have right now meditation has great many benefits...one with breathing in, breathing out, focus on one thought is so far good BUT one can connect to higher consciousness, practice inner gratitude, manifest, eventually bend reality YOU MUST DO THE 6 PHASE MEDITATION EVERYDAY!

When he described the qualities of a person in the State of Limitless, that's me to a tee, and I have lived my whole life never really connecting with most people because no one understands me. I love helping other people and put them first and I can "see" ways to help them but most people just don't get me and think that I have ulterior motives for helping them. It would be phenomenal to be able to see mapped out on a brain scan what our skills and deficiencies are, so clearly like that!! I have a difficult time self-assessing, and I very rarely get authentic feedback. It would be such a game changer to know what I am naturally geared towards, to lean in and be able to see success. Also to know when to tap into some support, to have someone double check my work in areas that don't come as naturally to me. I feel like I'm scrambling to follow a pattern imposed by society, rather than my own individualized path.
