Hello creator of Senator Armstrong here, do note I've made a couple updates to Armstrong as of late that fix some of the issues, like the entry now using a better effect. Additionally, Armstrong is meant to be a character who retains most of Ganondorf's vanilla playstyle, so that's why a bunch of his moves are just Ganondorfs. He additionally has a charging mechanic on most of his grounded normals.

I respect the effort put into the custom movesets. But the models themselves have some issues. Blastoise looks SO off. Head size, arm size and shape, other small things about the body, and then the textures just don't look even close to a match for the game. Armstrong is very obviously 'painted on'. As is All Might, plus he has some issues with the 'weak' form where I saw flickering. Diluc gets some benefit from not having too many visible features, but it also looks like some clothing movement is in there so it's certainly less jarringly off. Decidueye actually looks pretty nice overall, albeit he's not exactly on-model - but I think they did a reasonable enough job with the arms that it passes.

The models for Blastoise and All Might were imported however for the other two were imported as separate mods so whatever happened there isn’t the moveset creators fault

@@davidwitos3989 Okay, I can see that that's what they were going for, and I'd say it's a bit CLOSER, but it doesn't exactly look like the Pokken design, either. The head in particular is very jarring. It seems too small for the body, and the eyes are far too large. The stance also is much more upright, rather than forward leaning as either the original or Pokken models, which means the head comes out at an unnatural angle compared to the shell. The hands also look too small for the rest of the arms, which is much more like the original model than the Pokken model. I understand they've got limitations they're working with but it doesn't change that it's off enough to be in the uncanny valley.

@@PhazoGanon It means that the entire thing is a flat texture, and none of the features have any independent motion. The tie is the most obvious example of this - it stays plastered against Armstrong's chest constantly, rather than being an individual element with its own motion. Granted, I understand these aren't exactly easy things to make, and there are probably technical limitations to what can be done, but it's one of those things I noticed immediately and does make the model look more artificial compared to the standard ones. Contrast, for example, Decidueye, which has motion in the feathers and the vine tassels. There are a few clipping issues, but in general it feels very in place relative to the other game models.

Usually all custom move sets are made using repurposed assets just simply because animation takes a while and is very file size intensive

Blastoise and Decidueye's movesets look fine, but those models, proportions and animations really need more polish

​@@handle3837 It's because they are, Blastoise was made using Bowser, so it's borrowing stuff from him. Same with the Genshin character being Ike, Decidueye being Dark Pit, Armstrong being Ganondorf and All Might being Terry

I really dislike that Diluc mod. He has many moves seen in both the game and the manga, like the neutral combo, kicks and punches, Pyra's side b, Elemental and Burst, even daggers and his delusion's chains. None of this is seen on the mod, this is just lazy work.
