Even after 45 years, when thinking about this in Sekitani Jun's perspective, it must've been hard for him to unload that kind of information to a young girl like Chitanda Eru back then when she asked about Hyouka. Telling a kid that they need to be stronger, or else there'll come a time where they can't scream even if they wanted to, and that they feel dead even when alive, is quite a lot to unpack for a kid's mental health.

Here I am at 2 am, coming back to this video again. Hyouka was one of the first anime I watched along with Kyoukai no Kanata (which is also made by Kyoani). These two are the ones that made me love slice of life/high school genre or anime in general. A week ago, when I heard the news of Kyoani studio fire, I can't say anything. I mean, sure, you can get angry for a studio stealing your novel, but killing 34 talented people is just too much. My condolences go to those who lost their lives and also their families.

I first started watching hyouka on 28th December 2020 ,i ended it on 4th January 2021 ,that was great time ,I know I was deeply influenced by hyouka and that time phase of year 2020 was best . But after that in year 2021 lots of things changed in my life and basically life took a u turn. Now it's 2022 and I am listening to this music and it's just complete nostalgia I often do not become emotional , but at this moment I am just thinking about my life and I am very emotional.
