A small correction for the above Q no 2 25:10 check it its sollution is Given resistance of wire,R = 6 ohm Let l be the length of the wire and A be its are of cross-section.then R=roh l/A =6 ohm Now when the length is doubled, l' = 2l (note📒) and A=A/2 (note📝) Therefore, R'= roh 2l/A/2 = 4rohl/A = 4 * 6 = 24 Ohm.... ❤🎉 (answer tips : if the volume is fixed and the wire is stretched to double its lenght,then the new are of cross-section will be half of initial value)

As it is given the wire is double on itself, you have misunderstood the question your answer is correct if length of wire is doubles but in question it is given the wire is double on itself meaning the wire is folded on itself hence the answer is correct
