@@hollisfarmshoney Your comment is actually a good thought. I probably will mention it in a future video. Running 3-5 days a week is good, but there is so much more to learn. Learning off the field is just as important as learning in the field. This is the evolution of training. Somethings can only be learned in the field by training 3-5 days a week. However, there is so much to learn off the field that will make you better when running 3-5 days per week. I learn so much from talking with elders who have trained for 30+. These talks elevate my field training.
