MasterCraft Rewind 2010 - Rider Segment

We recently dropped in on the top MasterCraft riders and asked them to take us out for a typical day on the water. Why we had their attention we asked them a few questions about how they train and why they do this year after year. And of course, we captured some stellar footage.

question: i ride a 54in byerly monarch, i am 6ft 2in. should my bindings be in the very farthest position from eachother? currently they are in the 2nd to last hole.

@bolomps38 well decides on price. if the boats new id go with a star. i have one and its awesome perfect wake for everything. my friend has the x55 its pretty nice i mean holds 18 ppl. but as of right now all the hype is on the x25. Really any one of the x series is good just depends on how much your willing to spend and what its used for. Also depends on how many people you normally have on the boat as well

@amillionnuns well my dads looking for something from like 2008 and up for malibu wwakesetter, and like 06 and up for the x-star, its mainly gonna be used for tubing and wakeboarding,surfing too. but like usually have like 7-10 people at the max. but i want something that has really good wake and well give me a good time wakeboarding. i want to end up getting sponsered, ive been wakeboarding on a jet skii, ive got good fundamentals...balance and all that stuff

@amillionnuns how good are mastercrafts cuz my dad wants to buy a malibu wakesetter but we really like the mastercraft x-star, and 55 and 45.. what do you think??

phillipe bittar mastercraft x 55 and 45 are not very good for water sports and the 2004 - 2012 is pretty much only good for wake boarding the surf wake behind that gen is not very good but the 2013 and up x stars are great for surfing and wake boarding.

@bolomps38 he's what id do look on ebay and ill tell you what you'll fine rly good deals common up in the winter. id go with the star by the sound of it. i have an 07 and its fantastic
