Surprised this vid doesn't have more views. Very good looking boat. Favorite part was the thruster control on the throttle and phone ports!

The thruster is a huge plus, especially making it a rotating throttle control. Also the head... that is such an obvious need and yet no one has done it. That alone nearly sells me on this. Plus the storage looks actually useful. So many boats have really shallow storage bays, especially under seats. That on in the cockpit has a full cooler in it. So that's like 15" deep, maybe even 18. That flip seat in the back is a nice touch, and those rear on the back. They clearly put a lot of thought into usability of the boat, not just it being a tow boat. But how people will sit in it, what they will want to do while in it, how they will move around in it.

Next year you can put a windlass anchor system and the boat would be perfect

The head alone sells me on this. How has no one in this vehicle class done this before? Yachts sure but tow boats just assume you'll pee in the water and head to shore for anything else. That puts a damper on the day. Amazingly well thought out interior design in terms of real world usage. How people will wannt to sit and move around was clearly thought about. The option to sit in the U or flip that rear section is so smart as an included feature and those transome seats look so fun. Its also a really beautiful looking boat. Controls look super clean and uncluttered. The info you need, easy to read, simple to change. Thebthruster option is super nice. Again, why has no one else ever done this? Maneuvering into some docks can be a strange hassle of trying to do 3 point turns on the water which is never easy. Speakers everywhere, cup holders everywhere. Actual usable deep storage instead of normal shallow stuff. Convenient too. The fridge and cooler spots are nice. Just all around a solid boat.

I mean, if you prefer them, that's totally cool. But Mastercraft has real world use to back its best in class awards. Better quality materials, better technology, etc etc. If you're going based on pure numbers and facts, Mastercraft wins by a country mile. They are also the largest manufacturer and seller in the world for tow and luxury boats. Now, again, every boat has a unique profile for wake, use, styling, the lines of the design, and personal preference is 100% okay. Subjectively, whatever you prefer is the best for you. Objectively though, Mastercraft is the indisputable leader. And the X26 on tech and quality alone is worth it. That engine is a beast. The ability to change seating arrangement, a head (who else does this?!), tons of big storage not just token cramped storage, those transom seats, excellent control systems. Nearly complete control of the look of the boat. It just wins.

Amazing Watercraft still not nearly big enough. Need at least a 33% expansion of entire vessel by volume from this. Does not to be fully outfitted as this is but everything needs to be plumbed in for to do all that😊

Its a pretty decent sized boat. 26 foot isn't a slouch at all. how many people you partying with to need a full 33% volume increase? That's gonna be a significant cost increase as it doesn't scale linearly with volume. The square cube law is going to mean much more material used as well as needing a much bigger engine to propel it properly. At some point you're going to need to go to a multi-engine boat, like a quad mercury or some such. Again, cost starts becoming prohibitive for ownership unless you've got big money. Anything bigger than the X26 and you are pushing the edge of useful in a tow boat. Bigger volume is going to increase the beam and everything else making for larger minimum turn radius so those fun S turns become less tight and exciting.
