Which paper do you use for this artwork

It's on a canvas. You can use paper too, but make sure to use 300 gsm or above acrylic or watercolor paper for it. Thank you.

How to keep your palette and brush wet while painting?

I use water mist spray for my painting. Nothing else. Acrylic are less toxic if you choose your colors wisely. I mostly use Camlin. Thank you

What type of canvas do you use? Has it been primed already with gesso or do you prep the canvas with gesso yourself?

I mostly use pre primed canvas for my study work like these. I use gesso for my professional works. Thank you.
