Ingredients:

• 🥣 Yogurt: 2 tsp
• 🍛 Curry powder: 1 tsp
• 🌶️ Red chili powder: 1 tsp
• 🧂 Salt: 1 tsp
• 🍋 Lemon juice: 4 tsp
• 🧅 Red onions: 2
• 🍅 Tomatoes: 6
• 🌿 Cardamom pods: 4
• 🌸 Cloves: 4
• 🌱 Coriander: 2 tsp
• 🌰 Cashew nuts: 1 cup
• ⚫ Black peppercorns: 5
• 🧈 Butter: 50 g
• 💧 Water: 1 cup
• 🥛 Fresh cream: 1 cup
• 🧄 Garlic: 3 cloves
• 🧅 Grated ginger: 1 tsp
• 🍃 Dried fenugreek leaves: 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken, yogurt, curry powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 🍗🥣🍛🌶️🧂🍋
2. Prepare the Base: Sauté red onions, garlic, and grated ginger in butter until golden brown.
Add cardamom pods, cloves, coriander, and black peppercorns. 🧅🧄🧈🌿🌸
3. Make the Sauce: Blend tomatoes and cashew nuts into a smooth paste.
Add this paste to the sautéed mixture and cook until the oil separates. 🍅🌰
