I learnt it almost perfectly, but took me around more than 2 yrs to move the car smoothly as possible in 1st gear. Here is a method which I do. Give around 1200rpm and then release the half clutch and then just hold it for a 2 - 3sec, your car will smoothly start to move on 1st gear. While giving acceleration till 1200rpm, mind that it should also remain constant, do not give extra acceleration while doing this whole process.

Don’t use press the clutch when braking as this disengages the engine from transmission. When the engine and transmission are disengaged you don’t get engine braking. Meaning that your car won’t stop in a shorter distance. This affects old cars more as they don’t have good brakes. Same is true for new cars but their brakes are far better.

I own a Hyundai i10 NIOS 2023 AMT, as I am bad at gear changes and forget down-shifting when slowed down and often made the car shut off :) I also struggled with remembering at which gear the car is when slowing down to shift to the right gear, when I was learning. What is the difference in clutch plate life/durability between manual and AMT? Is it possible that AMT can extend the life of clutch plate?

Pankaj bhai, the video was good. I have a small doubt like jab driving ke waqt 2 breakers aaye 3-3 combo ya 2-2 combo wale aur distance bi 5-8 meters hoti hai(i guess) to kya gaadi ko second gear pe uthana chaiye? Becoz 2nd gear pe jab dusre breaker se uthti h tab lagta hai gaadi ke engine pe load padh ra hai, and what should be speed? Also, agar back krni hai gaadi aur chote circle pe ghumani hai to merse full clutch wala ni ho pata, may be i may be wrong but possibility use full clutch chodh ke ni ho payega. I guess vaha pe sayd full clutch chodh ke gaadi tej ho jayegi to half clutch use krta hu- kya yeh technique shai h?

I did learn driving in M800, because of which i got mastered in using the clutch, even when there is a full load of passengers with their luggage, even in incline i did manage to move the vehicle with only clutch pedal, and when the clutch is completely depressed i use accelerator, don't know whether this is a right or wrong, but had got i20 petrol 1.2 and also been driving many other petrol car and been doing the same
