The 12 tip is not real When i used Iron golem armor i get : 1.5k mining xp Redstone armor i get : 1.3k mining xp And the minion is the same type and the same amount of resources , i don't know why the xp changes (i do this tip in the past not now)

Yes, 12th tip won't work, i didn't knew, it was a misunderstanding while reading lapis and restone armour abilities.

It’s always better to activate emerald rank for max skill xp from mining minions and use the lapis/redstone armor

It is allowed, as long as you're not using auto clickers or any other software to uto mine cobble in the server..if you don't respond to the staff members and other players, then yeah you'll get ban sadly, you have to be present on the screen, if someone is asking or saying you someone..
