Here's the deck I've played since I've had boreas Ivl 9 a year ago: Boreas, cauldron, meteor, shaman and Harley with trickster. Here's what I play now: Boreas, priestess, cold mage, meteor and Harley. I switch between snowflake, Jay and trickster. But I use sleep arrows instead of shower of arrows on boreas to clear mermaid bubbles and other shields. Works for me!

mana power up boreas doesn't increase the 2nd phase duration, it only changes the damage from 65 to 165 (max)

Bro, I'm so glad you're using Boreas, after a LONG TIME😩🗣️🔥 But BRO. Boreas is a CRIT+ATK SPD unit. Wish you used Bow instead of Spear in atleast 1 of your matches bruh. I just hope you tried Boreas+Grindstone+Trapper as well. Worked well for me. And here's a damage-changing tip: GRINDSTONE ON DAMAGE TILES. Preferably with the Abundance Enchantment if you had an equipment with it.

My bow is lvl 1. With no enchants. Spear is better at 20 with enchants. Also I did have grindstone on damage tiles where I could. Sometimes had to get some boreas around it.

I dont expect you to even want to play around with the build but i wouldvey recommended witch w unstable magic over sword or summoner. Boreas/gs-hex loves to lose to waves regardless if you're doing decently vs bosses.
