First time listening to you! Wonderful! I'm am 66 years old and have been taken lessons for about 14 months. I love the violin but I have very bad anxiety when I play in front of my instructor. I shake very bad. I have done this for over a year. It's embarrassing. Do you have any recommendations? Will it eventually go away? Thank you for your answer 😊

Welcome to my channel! You are not alone in feeling this way. I used to feel that way, and many violinists in my group also expressed that anxiety. Remember that your teacher only wants what's best for you, and making mistakes or playing badly can eventually lead to better growth and learning! Making more mistakes is good because you will learn and improve more! To calm your mind, breathing exercises and tapping meditation could help! Come to my free training this Thursday! You'll get lots of value!
