Barry I bought one from Dyan pack as well and and it is doing the same thing bogging down and I've already had to replace the rectifier two coils and now I'm having to replace the oil cooler I don't know what is going on with these new igx800 from Honda but I have 110 hours on my machine I know several other people with the same problem that bought from the company I do not know what is going on mine was in the wiring harnesses started just have to do some deeper investigation great video brother keep up the good work sorry for the long comment #washon

I spoke with a German who also has a Dyne Power Paks IGX 800 just like this and he is having to go through a battery every three hours and charge it every night and he also thinks it’s with the rectifier. He is having to take it to a mechanic and try to figure out as well. I think he’s only got a few hours on his. 🤦♂️ that’s why I said I’m going back to the GX 690 models I’ve had one for a decade with not a lick of trouble, knock on wood.

I’m thinking it’s the fuel…my gx390 started doing this the other day. As well as a igx800 running on diff fuel from diff stations. Not sure what’s going on my 390 still won’t run right
@littlespressurewashing Жыл бұрын
I put the new battery on it and finally got it to work. Something is running down. I have another friend who has the same model and it kills a battery after three hours.

Buried that bogging down is in the fuel filter for that airlock check on your tank and make sure that you have the fuel is Flowing up to the pump but on my machine is doing a lot worse it is revving High than revving low on the RPMs low revving High I just ordered the computer to diagnostic this machine I've already got the manual the diagnostic machine is called doctor h then I'll Tiff all the sensors and I'll let you know the turnout❤ keep up the positivity and people over profit brother wash on

Man, I hate that you’re having the same issues on the same exact model, and I just spoke with another gentleman who has the same model also as we do and his is practically brand new and he is going through a battery every three hours and having to charge them every night. I reached out to Dyne Power Paks. They just told me to take it to a Honda mechanic so I don’t know I appreciate your help. Let me know when keep me posted so that I can help others and spread the word.

Why don't i ever see you guys clean the pumps? They need to be cleaned, right??
@littlespressurewashing Жыл бұрын
The employees clean the pumps, we don’t spray water around the keypads or electronics, we do clean the bonnets up top and the pump numbers and the poles and everything around the electronics. Every time we do the canopy. Sometimes we throw it in for free and hand wash and wipe down the pumps safely . There is a video we’re making tonight on proper pump cleaning

Thanks for sharing the knowledge. I got information that Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Hydroxide should not be mixed. Is it that you get everything done well without using Sodium Hypochlorite??
@littlespressurewashing Жыл бұрын
Works great on concrete,I only use sodium hypochlorite on organic stains like algae and sodium hydroxide on concrete and grease etc etc

I have a Dyne. It's doing this too. I swear it's staved for gas. Fuel filter is next to empty. Should be between 1/4 - 3/4 full. I changed it last year and it was a cure. Beginning of the season and it's doing it again. I have a dead battery about every month or two doing 4 - 8 jobs a week. It's bogging down due to lack of fuel.

I don't understand what the battery has to do with the machine running once it's started. I am under the assumption that the battery is only really for starting purposes.
@littlespressurewashing Жыл бұрын
On your standard carburetor motors, yes that is true but this one has fuel injected and the battery is running a lot more components from what I’ve been told on this highly technical IGX 800 type engine. there is other people who have the same exact model that are having the same exact issues, so something is running the battery’s dead.
@ga-prowashllc12.5 Жыл бұрын
@@littlespressurewashing exactly mine started with the battery going dead and then it was popping fuses then I had to replace the rectifier the rectifier back charged and burnt a coil up on on the left side they is a lot of issues with this engine that Honda needs to if you go to Honda's website and put in your serial number and look and see if you have one of the recalled engines igx 800 it has a starfi governor if you injection every component it has a sensor throttle body it also has TPS throttle control sensors you have to buy the doctor h to diagnose it unless you're mechanically inclined we're going to the Honda 690 in about two months why new hot water machines everyone keep up the good work Hustle people over profit

I've had issues with 2 gray wires and white wire (charging system) at the connection points heating up bad discoloring stiff wire even the plug to rectifier, this would explain why battery not being charged back up if that helps anyone. Even the GX690 had this problem in my experience but just caused a dead battery; IGX series may be more finicky being a computer now

This is the reason we are going back to GX 690 much easier to work with and work on
