Bloodthirsty is good for farming some herblore secondary's from thier own drop table. Just want to put that out there before you totally discount that relic. Still not amazing but not as bad as he makes it out to be. Also the bloodthirsty mobs give you hella slayer exp, letting you get to those later slayer bosses faster! Also on a side note, retribution would be ncie for those players who are looking to learn new content that they haven't delved into before (Zulrah, Inferno, Nex, ect) but is very meh for people already familiar with late game content.

Is Weapon Master even worth picking for a Magic build? I'm not going wildy so Voidwaker and Scepter are out of the picture, but I *might* pick Zeah which does give me access to Dclaws I was already leaning towards Soul Stealer cause I'm for sure going Fire Sale

I picked the trailblazer tools with PP. I know the clue scroll one is objectively better, but god i absolutely hate clue scrolls myself and not a bnig fan of slayer either. Getting the gathering skills along with firemaking rolling much faster is something that has more value to me.

We will be getting last recall as a passive so I’m going fire sale because by the time I need bankers note for bosses and raids I will have enough total level from fire sale to drop the cooldown of last recall significantly

Wont be able to recall back into a raid as it's instanced, I imagine the same for GWD as its instanced for IM

GWD it will work. You just return to the front door of the boss. KC is maintained, get it once and you are set! For raids, you get no value.
