🌿 Mastering Monstera: Care & Repotting 🌿

I don’t yet own a monstera, but I think I’ll get one. In your opinion, do you think it’d do ok on a covered deck (bright indirect light) in Texas heat and humidity, then come inside in the winter? I’m in east Texas (zone 8b) where winter can have short, extreme cold.

Great question, I think it would be really happy on a covered deck with the heat and humidity... and then yes, bring it indoors in the winter - perhaps give it a grow light if it isn't getting much light then. They will definitely suffer in very cold weather.

Your yellowing plant isnt in shock really, its changed its envorionment and regrowing the type of leaves best for its new environment... hope that makes sense
