With 2022's current version of Excel, you can switch view to page break or page layout to view it faster. Pagebreak view also allows you to adjust the page width/height to suit your needs.

I have a problem when I will set the margine, for some reason I want to use a narrow margine in my document (I use CTRL + P then click the margine icon on the bottom right), I can not widen the right margine (landscape orientation) or bottom margine (portrait orientation). Do you have a solution to this problem? I am using Windows 10 and MS. Office 2016. This does not happen when I use Windows 7. Thanks in advance

It is quite not possible. Look for Page Setup in File - Print and you will get the same dialog box.

suppose Heroine 150 g, Fencidil 15 bottles, Home made wine 20 Litres in B1 cell. Heroine 200g, Home made wine 30 Litres, Fencidil 20 bottles in B2 cell. Fencidil 30 bottles, Heroine 300 g and Home made wine 50 Litres in B3 cell in excel. How to sum these text and number in accordance with category in B4 cell in excel ? (Result Heroine 650 g, Fencidil 65 bottles, Home made wine 100 Litres ) But How shall I do the sum with excel formula including text and number ?

As you said, I think you are writing to many values in just one cell and that is too numbers along with text. I don't think that is going to help. Even if there will be a solution then it will still be hard for you to understand and apply the formula for this easy calculation. I mean, why you are typing everything like "Heroine 150 g, Fencidil 15 bottles, Home made wine 20 Litres" in just one B1 Cell and so on. First of all, I will say that you can send me the link of your file and I will see what I can do. Secondly, you can type like this: A B C D E F G H I J 1 Heroine 150 G Fencidil 15 Bottles Wine 20 Litres 2 Heroine 200 G Fencidil 20 Bottles Wine 30 Litres 3 Heroine 300 G Fencidil 30 Bottles Wine 50 Litres 4 =sum(c1:c3) I hope you are getting what I'm saying. You can adjust the width of Unit column as much closer as you can to the Weight / Qty column and then apply the borders in way that they will look like a single column. I hope that will help. Let me know.
