Thank you very much sir. The way you teach is very easy to grasp the concept. Sir I have a question regarding ETABS Modeling. In architectural drawing we see often that a beam is resting on the edge of the column which means that the column and beam centerlines are not matching. But in practice I saw the in ETBAS modeling the beam and column centerlines are modeled as they are in the same line, which means the column position is not same as it is in the architectural drawing. I know this type of modeling can be done in ETABS using Link/Insertion Point. So my question is what is the correct practice? As far as I know the column position in ETABS should exactly match with the position in the architectural drawing

What should be the stiffness modifier for the retaining wall......!!!?? Because when someone says wall these shear walls and retaining walls both are totally different.....
