I used to not understand Mark years ago. But recently, in the last year or so...he has been very comprehensible. Through his demomstrations, I was able to get the magnetic to occur on my Nei Gong training partner. He is also very correct in saying it all reaches the level of the mind. The mind does make the technqiue more pure. But you can turn it on through structure. And yet the mind is immersed into the structure

I've noticed Mark has more emphasis on bringing the Chi outside. I hear some practitioners say same thing. But most don't. Until I went to the dojo, I had been doing Chi Gong for years. Never tested my body. And had no techniques for self defense. After 3 months, it was claimed my body didn't feel any pain and was too flexible. Mark I believe calls this the Tai Chi Jelly Body? After another 3 months, I understood angles and I could gage off the hard Ki the Sensei had. I bring this up; because when the Sensei was levitated on my push, using internals,... I saw why it was very, very important to understand the Mind is Commander. Mark says your structure can amplify the Chi. But Mark emphasizes the mind or the Yi. And that was the only thing that could bring my Sensei back down. Not whipping the spine, not open or closing the door of life. It was you "the life force in animation" bringing him back down. My fingertips kept him in the air. And I could've let go of him and he would've still been there. So it's deeper than physics. And my Nei Gong Training partner after has proved this. That Chi effects organs and consciousness. There's definitely a "Shen" ✔️
