Tip number 2 is so real. Right now, people just treat tanks and APCs as expensive Ubers - being with an experienced crew makes a massive difference (and a force multiplier as well)

I found darker, vivid colors to be useful for my APC and Tanks. They work very well in day and are easy on the eyes at night. I use dark red for Tank and dark blue for APC, which helps distinguish which vehicle I'm driving when my brain is running low on smart fuel. The colors appear mostly black on day maps with a slight tint of whatever color they are, red or blue. I have yet to find a situation where the darker tones mess up aim on day maps, so I can confirm they work well. On night maps, the colors really pop, showing clear red or blue. This makes the vehicles easy to distinguish again, but my favorite part is how soft the colors feel. You do get good visibility on day maps with the neon colors, and although you do also see the neon colors at night, they're so bright that it can make it difficult to see at times. I think it's related to your eyes adjusting from light environment to dark environment. Some of y'all know what I'm talking about, but for those who don't, lemme explain. Your eyes have to adjust to environments for you to see well. It's very clear when going from a lit room to a pitch-black room. When you turn off the lights, you can't see anything for a bit, but if you wait, your eyes adjust, and you can see stuff again. I bet this is related to the neon hud problem in night maps. When you enter a night map as a vehicle, crap gets hard to see. Tank luckily gets a night vision mode like infantry, but if you run APC (and maybe heli, but I never flew one at night), you have to rely on your trusty pupils. With the darker hud tones I use, it's easy for my eyes to adjust and start seeing well, but when I run neon hud, my eyes don't know what to do. They'll look at the dark environment and try to adjust to that, but then they'll look at the neon hud and readjust for the lighter colors. It makes it hard to see, which is why I run darker colors. Don't make them too dark though. They won't show up at all in night maps if you run pitch black, so do make sure the darker colors aren't too dark.

Great video! I love driving vehicles in this game. When driving an APC and a tank gets the drop on you, if you can’t escape I find rushing the tank and shooting its weak points is the best way to win the fight. It’s easier for the APC to shoot the tank at close range than for the tank

Treat it as battlefield with the rule of 2 and always take a friend (in this case 2) with all of you being an engineers. If everyone has repair tools and tandem RPG's your should NEVER lose a fight with another armor even if they can get a sneaky rear shoot so long as both friends can jump out and land the RPG shots before getting behind you and repairing so long if the action is safe enough. Better to kill the problem and save the tank then you all dying anyway.

A tanks main role is to support the infantry, stick with infantry if at all possible it will turn the tide of engagements

How do you even aquire the tank? ive been playing for 48 Hours i havent even come close to being able to drive a tank, it spawns and someone is alrdy inside that is about it. If i am lucky i can be in a black and white screen and a crosshair that doesnt shoot shit, i havent even been able to join the 2nd slot of the MG in the Tank. I havent been finding information about this topic anywhere and nobody ingame is capable of explaining me how to be able to drive a tank. It seams like a secret that nobody is willing to give away.

Vehicles will be dependent on what maps and gamemode you're playing. Look at your spawn as well as flags around the map when spawning and you'll see them. Tanks and helicopters are powerful so you'll have to be quick to get in them first.

I really want 3rd person for tanks it’s not like they’re indestructible, the tanks as they are now are too team based to not survive on your own, they drift too much, turret turns slows af, there no quick repair or repair station on the map(aside from spawn which takes you out of the fight for too long) , and EVERY CLASS BUT SNIPER CAN KILL TANKS which is crazy to me. They get c4 and like 6 rpgs depending on which they have equipped . Vehicles need some love

Snipers are actually one of the deadliest classes against armor if done correctly. A good drone pilot can take out a tank with one strike, at no danger to himself, all while giving no warning to the tank.
