I make sure to get 8-9 hours though I wake up during the night a couple of times but feel good in the morning

Good tips. I am 117 lbs I have tried colder temperatures for sleeping and it is too cold I wake up more because I am cold and I pee more as my body is trying to get rid of water to regulate my temperature. My body does not like cold.

This strange cold virus has flipped my sleeping completely: my husband too . We’re staying wide awake till 5-7am fall asleep few hrs. (6-7hrs) But not tired from it very strange! Have you heard of this? He’s feeling better so his sleep pattern back to norm. I’m not able to : have taken magnesium and collagen to no avail. Went thru cancer operations and new knee never interrupted my sleep. Any tips? Two other friends having same virus and sleep problems with it , just fyi have you heard of this? Thank you for your info and help appreciate your talks👍❤️

Fasting for women that are on a period cycle is different than women who have stop a period cycle. Best time to fast for women on a period cycle is fasting after period and increasing protein after period. During the cycle when the uterus is building the lining for the egg women need to increased carbohydrates intake.
