Is there a decrease in audio at the later part of the video? I can barely hear it even when I connect a speaker. Lester's talks are such a great help and has pushed me further than I knew I could go

Eckhart Tolle really misses the importance of releasing. Lester misses the importance of mindfulness meditation. Given a choice between the two, I would choose releasing. Also, Lester knows more about the nature of reality--that this world is only a manifestation of our thoughts.

@@Daniel_TransformationCoach That is true, but he doesn't say much about how to do it, except to focus on one question. Eckhart Tolle goes into this more.

Also, both Eckhart and Lester can sometimes give the impression that embodied consciousness is not important, which can lead to many seekers going into spiritual bypassing and dysfunctional living. I think this has to do with them both being white males.... perhaps we could say, “privileged,” or at least having the luxury of not being responsible for or to others, for the most part. They can stop caring for their bodies or behave dysfunctionally in the world, and they are in a position where it’s acceptable.
@PureBelovedParsley3 жыл бұрын
I’d also say the same for Byron Katie. In a way it IS a form of spiritual by-pass.... but an authentic? form of it.

The issue I see and it may well be that I’m misinterpreting the message. So little importance is giving to the body, one can lose empathy for humankind. Furthermore, if we are living in a state like dream, what of our children, spouse, mother and father? They do not exist?
@iananderson5672 жыл бұрын
Enzo you still take care of the body, but you come to see that you are not the body. And Lester's method causes you to love your family and the world even more so, as you're able to shed the ego. He talks about the fact that you don't lose things like family (not abandon them) as you go free -- and also that you see them as the All, not the limited mortal carcasses that we think we are.
@dianabarahona22332 жыл бұрын
No, they don't exist, and neither do you. God alone is, and you, I, and every being in every universe are different facets of God.

Can you heal the body? I know the answer is yes as Lester did. As did others. Although I am discouraged when some sages did not heal. It all seems a bit confusing but I do have faith. Thanks

@@dianabarahona2233 as Lester said “alone” = “all one!” We are THE ALL THAT IS! While the false self = the ego drops, we are one with ALL...so, they also exist, not as ego, but as THE ONE BODY of I AM!
