Great video. Question: Is it possible to use bubble to build a user interface that collects and validates data and stores the data into a database that I could then connect to Power Bi for visualisation? Thanks!

We're not Power Bi users but hopefully this gives some suggestions. There is a lot you can do with charts in Bubble (www.planetnocode.com/bubble/apex-charts-by-thimo/). But if a connection between Power Bi is vital as long as you can send data into Power Bi using REST API you should be able to do this with the Bubble API Connector.

Is it possible to have disparate/unconnected tables in the bubble database, or does it have to have the relational specifications/connections? I'm asking for a scenario where I would use an external database like Air table or even google sheets and only pass in final aggregated data that would be shown in separate charts -- to reduce the number of workload units of pulling potentially millions of records into bubble. Thanks.

Yes 💯%, depending on the chart plugin you can use an API call to an external service as the source of data.
