Irgendwie bei mir mehr dann wie ein Tuck shape 🤣 bisher schafft es mein Körper im letzten Moment, sich eben nicht zur Brücke zu biegen 😂😂😂 brauch wohl noch mehr Übung als 12 Minuten! Auf jeden Fall ist Euer Video seeeehr hilfreich! Muss halt üben und den Kniff raus kriegen!
