It has been life changing for me as a wife, homeschooling mom of 5, chicken farmer, regenerative farming cattle manager and functional medicine nutritional consultant! Over the years of listening the Lord has helped me see what habits in my life and my families life, need changing to move in the direction of the leader God has created me to be and the kind of adults we want our children to be. Flossing before bed and making my bed in the morning have become keystone habits. I am Disciplined, Christ in me is stronger than any desire in me and I get myself and my family to bed each night so we have enough rest to be able to jump out of bed rested! I want the power to change! I lead a very complex group of 100+ in a very stressful field. Where other leaders focus on motivation, I seek to lead with inspiration. Starting with the WHO before DO is such a values -driven approach that can help others understand the disconnect they feel between what they want and the results they all too often end up with. Just like Paul, we often do the things we do not want to do while failing to do the things we desire to do. I am acutely aware of my shortcomings and do not want my effectiveness to be limited by them. I HAVE to be the leader they need me to be until I can help them become the leader they were meant to be.

I feel like I have recently been stuck in my spiritual, mental and emotional journey because I didn’t have proper keystone habits to support myself in ministry and in my personal life, and I had a skewed identity.
