Great leadership podcast. One thing that I have learned is that no one, even Gen 1, pulls themselves up by their bootstraps. Someone gave them those bootstraps. Even Adam and Eve started with what God provided. Part of the Gen 1 attitude that I try to avoid is thinking that I got here all by myself.
