this really is the game i've been craving all my life

* There was a flare gun in one of those tackle boxes. You wanted a lighter, that will do it. * Don't turn up your nose to the cat food. It is one of the best sources of food in the game. * You can smoke cigarettes without a lighter. * You seem to pass up needles and threads. They are medical supplies. I have already had to sew up a deep gash. * Just whacking the walls of the houses with your weapon will increase Strength. * You can actually press the buttons on the vending machines to get chips and sodas. They will fall on the floor in front of them. I remember that when I started playing the game, you were asked how long you wanted the electricity and the water to keep working (one month, two months, etc.). I never saw a water tank attached to the houses or a well so I am assuming they are on city water. The same applies to electricity in that there is a power station somewhere. So I would think the primary objective of the game will be to find an off-grid setup. Luckily the very first house I spawned into had a propane tank and a generator. That would be my guess as to what you are looking for.

I have found so many lighter's i started to stop picking them up, also found a lighter schematic. Also the camper does have a bed to sleep. You can craft generators and rain collectors.

I would of suggested a gas station for a lighter. Sounds like an item you could find on bodies. Is their a craft table? If the water and electricity goes out eventually, then youd have to find a way to filter water. So far it looks like a difficult skill to both find and learn. Cause the lake water and rain water does not look like your friend. Base building seems good for add ons. Id love to see gardening in this. But takes so long to get situated. Love this game. Love watching you play.

Hey Goodish. This game has it sorted... Ever wish you could just use all the item left around in games like SCUM?... like you walk past a stack of wood to go cut down a tree to make firewood... Like Really? DayZ is not much better...lol but this game looks like you can pick up everything and use it... That is a BIG Nailed It!

After watching your video I went back into my own game of Vein and found out I had a lighter (only one) in my inventory. Were I got it, I have no idea. Oh, and I found the power station while I was at it. On my map, it is near the hardware store.

There is no lighter as far i know, but if you go back to that workbench in that shop where you toke the bow... just craft kindling. good luck

I finished the free version I guess as that is what popped up. I do have a question. On the map in the top left corner there is a white circle. Did anyone check that out? I was so bummed when it kicked me out as I had hoped to get a bus running. Sad all the vehicles sound the exact same. Why does it take one good ax whack to kill a zombie but two shots to the head?
