I found this video at the perfect time. I have a regular practice and am part of the Ipswich Sangha but don't get there as often as I would like because of family commitments, so am finding this course very useful to apply to my meditation. I have been to the LBC and done similar courses face to face in the past, but this is a good reminder on how to practice. Also I am a yoga teacher and have just written a long assignment about the Vayus - the 'winds' of Prana (life energy) in the body, so your analogy of winds of the mind very much resonated with me - I think it might find it's way into my essay! Thank you for sharing these talks.
