Excelente video. Bastante útil para ir practicando las transiciones. Creo que es uno de los puntos débiles de muchos, sobre todo he visto que no hacemos el alto (split step) y quedamos mal posicionados para ejecutar la técnica. Gracias por el video. 💪🏼

Gracias por tu feedback. Thank you for your feedback and yes, transitions, moving, split-step and volleying simple are important things to do and develop to become a better player.

🎾👏yes tranzition are indeed, love it, as well this exercise is indeed moving forward and backwards until opponents make a mistake because your consistency is so good or your judging when is the righ ball to end the rally. Very basic exercise to set the foundation on moving on court when as you said don't get to teh net as quickly as you think you would. Nice one again, coach Gabo 👏

Hello from Italy. Thank you, very useful. I find you are very clear and simple, specially for beginners players. I followed others channels but you are better than many others.

Great video! Love doing these kind of exercises on the court. The one at the opposite of the net, is he volleying or playing from defense?
