Dear Gabo, I have trouble keeping my eye on the ball. I think I tend to look towards where I want to play the ball, before I even hit the ball. As a result, I very often do not hit the ball in the sweetspot of my racket. Do you have any tips to improve/train this? Would a tool like the padel wood maybe help? Thank you for all your videos!

Another great video thank you. Question: when we hit an overhead like a bandeja I see a lot of people with their feet almost completely square at the point of impact. Should we try to remain sideways and transfer weight to the front foot on impact or is it ok to rotate the body to be more front on at impact and effectively transfer weight from side to side. I'm guessing we should be more side on but I see even pros getting square so unsure what's correct. Many thanks!

There are many styles. We don’t recommend the opening since it can sometimes cause some set backs if you don’t do it right and prevent you from achieving some shots like the fence on FH. So we teach staying sideways with your hips too
