Very detailed lecture. I'm finding this very useful, thank you! One question... at 26:17, you say that the hyperechoic line is the Ebstein valve (??). Perhaps I am mistaken, but I was under the impression that it was the Eustachian valve? Am I wrong?

When measuring the EJ using Teicholz method. Should the aortic valve be closed doing both Diastole and Systole? Or should the aortic valve be closed doing diastole and open doing systole? Or it doesn’t matter?

largest diameter at diastole and smallest at systole (that usually correspond with valve closed). nowadays, sympson technique is the best because a little off axis PLAX or not measuring exactly the same spots can affects a lot on results

سلام هیوا خانم. وفتی میخوایم ویوی شریان ریوی و دو تا شاخه هاشو بگیریم از منطره دریچه آنورت اول پروب رو به طرف چپ مریض کچ میکنیم و بعد به طرف عقربه ساعت می چرخونیم (معمولا مارکر پروپ به جای ساعدت 2 به ساعت 3 ) . بعد اگه هنوز دو تا شاخه ها رو ندیدیم و پروب رو یکم پایین می اریم و در همون هین نوک پروب رو به طرف سقف انحراف میدیم . تو کلیپ پروب مانور با چزییات هستش: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYLMioiFe91nnbcsi=JqXax2-CUdcHFGVx

@@masteringEcho-US-cardiology عضو شدم آقای دکتر...ولی کلیپ مانور پروب خیلی کم بود...وقتی تصویر افقیه مثه توی Plax نمیتونم چپ و راست و بالا و پایین تصویر و چجوری حرکت کردن در محور های مختلف تصویر رو متوجه بشم
