Appreciate Prof. Chan's effort. The sad thing in HongKong is the extremely expensive land that causes the expensive living cost in HongKong. One of the negative side effect is teens don't spend time on STEM. STEM is one if the pillar of R&D whatever Medical, Engineering, BioChemical.... Because, there is no brilliant prospect in STEM related careers., students of pure Science/Engineering in University can't find high paid jobs to survive. Consequently, less and less students don't go to Engineering School or Pure Science school in University.

灼見名家觀點相當高尚給香港人民同世界各地同胞増進學識淵博見多識廣，香港市民很多都無這方便認知根本就不懂怎樣去愛惜自己，嘩，醫療費昂貴，同美國有得揮，並偏睇吓中醫效果相當好，睇西醫除咗病入膏肓，理由付擔太令人心寒，除咗排隊睇廣華醫院之外，撰擇要睇荷包可負擔到起碼費用，我都實話實説，雖有買醫療保險但都有限額，
