Hello, isn't b+1 a launcher a well on counter hit? I see many people using this move for reasons that I don't really understand 😁 but I thought that it did something special as CH.

It is during Heat Mode. Counter Hit b+1 becomes +14 into Dew Glide, therefore Dew Glide 2,1 is guaranteed. Since that is a Heat Engager, you can hold f and get a whole combo from it. Dew Glide. Dew Glide 3+4 is also guaranteed, but no launcher, only a wall splat.
