Beautiful video. Picture quality is top class ! Sir, I have RE Thunderbird 350X, I have same problem right from the start. The showroom people say it is designed that way by company itself so that you have to switch off the engine then only it comes to neutral. Don't know if it's true 🤔

I have the same problem also but not because of clutch plate it's because of my new third class machanic he only drain oil from 2 holes. He told me "3rd bolt can be slip then leakage start". But thers still 2-300 ml oil always remained. Then I changed my machanic he also not open 3rd bolt but he loose the LH cover N tild the bike. Try this before change clutch plate.
