@@masterQ20 Thanks, use it. Not everyone has a hydraulic press. To install the bearings, you can use a regular mechanical vice. But in this design it is unnecessary.

So much expense on materials and work, to end up holding chalk in your hand, which can move wherever it wants. This device really lacks a device for attaching chalk, and also for fixing the angle grinder. Otherwise, all this work is pointless. And then, in order not to rotate the pipe by hand, because in this case you can also move it along the axis, adapt a low-speed electric drive with a rubber wheel. And then there will be 👌and 👍
@masterQ208 күн бұрын
Welcome to Master Q! I see your point, and you're absolutely right about the need for more stability with the chalk and grinder. It’s all about refining the design and improving the functionality. Have you ever tried making something similar with a more secure setup?
@@masterQ20 To do this, you need to count on its constant use with hundreds of cuts per shift, 5 days a week. When using such a device at home, the costs of its manufacture will never justify themselves. With a safer setting, a regular stationary miter saw will turn out to be one that will always find work.

Mucha Suerte
