The hits don't register because the velocity increases as you are falling, so for it to work, you have to fall at the same time as them.

Hi Techno, what do you think of "Upgrading Kits" and "Perks" in a competitive environment such as ranked skywars? I'm not very fond of it, especially when my opponent can get Resistance II when badly damaged just because he was lucky at the soul well, for example. Sometimes that perk, which was obtained by luck, is enough for them to win the fight.
