This has become my favorite beer and pretzels skrimish game, over Marvel Crisis Protocol. Easy to pick up, learn and play with a ton of focus on fun and lots of small interesting elements like initiative bidding, deck building, items and card management.

While I was more of a Thundercats fan (90's kid) back in the day, this looks pretty neat! I like the big chunky scenery pieces, and they could probably work quite nicely for Underworlds or Warcry as well!

That looks very interesting! Can you put a Stormcast Eternal or something similar next to the minis so that we get an idea of how big everything is? The same goes for the hexes; they seem smaller than the ones from the Bladeborn game (whoch were smaller to the regular Underworlds ones). Many thanks for the review!

Looks interesting - even if the minis are almost 1:1 similar to Archon’s “Fields of Eternia” game, and the theme for Battlegrounds looks very similar to CMON’s “Clash for Eternia”. Did you back either of those two games? I would be interested in seeing a battle report for the Battleground offering, though, so please do that! Also painting tutorials would be much appreciated!

Gonna loads of custom pieces that people start to make, characters and vehicles that aren't in the kit. I think it looks really good everything except the character artwork and a few of the weapon illustrations, they just looked to computer generated a little like a 64 bit version of he man 200x

These are smaller hexes, 25mm x 30mm. They'd be great for regular Warcry as scatter and ruins and you can put platforms on top of them too. I think perfect for Catacombs!

Customer Service informed me that they can’t sell this in the US because of licensing issues. CMON is doing a MoTU game of their own. I don’t like CMON as a company. I’d be willing to pay someone in Europe to ship me this.

The portraits on the character cards are god awful. Look nothing like He-Man or Skeletor. Why not just license existing art from Mattel? Or hire one of the current artists doing the action figure box art? This looks like a cheap option.
