Great figures/review! My only complaint is why didn't Mattel release at least one of their Origin Hordacks with an Imp figure? Just charge a little more and call it "Deluxe". I'd rather have that than a bunch of different hands. Other than that these new figures are awesome!

I really wish these figures were individual carded figures instead of this Power-con non sence! Hopefully we can see some of these in in other waves. Their is a vintage color trooper coming in wave eight. It would be cool to see a blue hordak deluxe with more arm accessories👍

This Horde set was on BBTS for like two weeks just recently. I guess they got a lot of extra or people cancelled their orders. I cancelled mine on BBTS as I also ordered from Powercon. I hear you on that order mess. I got really lucky when these sets went up. Ended up with the Horde set and Faker set from powercon, a Mysteries of Grayskull set from BBTS and from Mattel, and another Faker set from BBTS.

Yeah I can't stand this whole exclusives non sense with some of this stuff! People who collect this line really would like to have all of these sets or figures. The powercon items turned into a shipping nightmare on top of many people coudent get their hands on one. They started shipping out the last month and finnaly showing up now. Thanks man! Yeah that's what I paid to be honest with free shipping! When the exclusives first sold out I seen bids on ebay for over 6 hundred dollars on these sets. I don't think so! But $250 is my limit. And even that is crazy! But over all I love the set and this is the curse of an adult toy collector today I guess! Lol. Grizzlor is by far my favorite in this set! seems like there are some as low as $190 shipped on evilbay now too- feel like these will cap out around $160-$180 eventually, just waaaay to many other cool collectibles to throw $200 at right now.

The good thing is they are alot cheaper then what the auctions sold for after powercon was over and many people couldn't get them. It's a nice set. But unless it means that much to you and you really want! The high cost is not worth it! The whole exclusives thing is non sense too in my opinion. Many people wanted figures like this. They should be a retail release for 15$ dollars. Thanks for sharing your comments!

Very cool Horde set!! I love them, just wasn't able to get it. I will look on Ebay though. I was hoping you might try putting He-Man's head on the trooper. ha ha Grizzlor really came out well! I think you will get your wish with the rest of the Horde. I hope they get to Filmation variants too one day.

Thanks for watching and adding your comments! Same here! I missed both chances to any of the exclusives. I went on ebay and purchased all three for the Mark ups unfortunately! It is what is. The horde trooper pack is amazing and mattel put alot of work into the art and figures. I'm really glad I picked it up! I did of coarse look for a seller with good feedback and the cheaper price. So if you go on ebay just shop around of coarse with that in mind! Grizzlor is my favorite in the pack for sure. I did think about putting another head on the horde troopers like we seen in the vintage cartoon but when I opened the body or their action features that the vintage trooper had, I wasn't familiar with that because I never had a vintage trooper! I noticed the endoskelaton look,so my mind went with that instead of a person in a suit. The filmation variant or color was annouced in origins wave 8 coming later this year.

I was able to order the Castle Grayskull piece, but I haven't received a ship notice yet. I hope it arrives soon. That looks amazing in the package too! :) Oh, I'm sorry you didn't have a vintage trooper. They were hard to get a hold of, I think. I had one, but I wanted 100! ha ha ha I'm so glad they went with the break away body parts, and the classics style detail! I look forward to the regular trooper priced at $15-$17! ha ha :)

@@allmusicfan88 Congrats on grabbing a castle greyskull set. As far as the orders go, it depends if you purchased it from the powercon or mattel creations sites. The powercon stuff now is being shipped and getting into hand of those people first. The mattel creations purchases are suppost to start shipping in November. But there still the shipping container delays on products. So hopefully you and others who purchased those sets start seeing them in the next few weeks. I had 95 percent of the vintage line as a kid. Never had the eternian play set, blade, or a horde trooper. Like you said they were hard to find!

I seen that giant eternia play set box sitting next to the carded figures on the pegs. I showed my mom and the price tag said 99.99. That was alot money then! My mom said nope! And I never seen another one again or knew any one that had it in the nieghborhood! There was many of my friends that had everything MOTU also. But never had that! Fast forward to now with internet, ebay and youtube. It's amazing how many people have that or got one on ebay complete or missing a couple of things like the broken tracks and paid thousands of dollars for it!

Very cool Horde set...Honestly not a fan of the red and black troopers. The regular troopers would've been better. I'm hearing we are getting them single pack. Agree Mattel give us all Evil Horde. Slime pit and Fright zone please!!!! Evil Horde is my favorite. Also give us The Snake men including Squeeze and Snakeface.....Plus we need Two-Bad.

Thanks for watching and your comments! I think the horde troopers in those colors are kind of cool and different. But I think many people prefer the original color troopers first. Mattel already showed and annouced the vintage color horde trooper coming in wave 8. That should be coming around in late December or January. I would love a slime pit and friight zone!! Two bad is a must have for me and many people too! That figure will be alot of tooling so it will be a while for that guy. The horde is favorite as well! Mantenna was annouced next year. So Hopefully will see more of these guys coming👍

Yeah someone informed me of that too. I never had the vintage one. The action feature on this origins one does not work well either like the vintage were you hit the center bat and it split apart from what I was told! At least mine two trooper don't! The only way I get it open is by pulling it apart.

It looks like it from what I can tell. I don't have a vintage one on hand but I did compare it to the classics one in the video and the classics are very reminisent to the vintage. Either way I think grizzlor was done very well for the origins. Thanks for your comments👍

my hordak's right leg is slightly longer cause the knee joint wasn't set up correctly. so it makes him look weird as hell and posing is an issue. really let down with that. other than that the rest of the set was solid

Oh man! Sounds like masters of the universe classics with the reversed shoulders. Wounder if you can pop one side out and try reversing it! But not sure if that would work. There's is many Quality control issues showing up with this set from comments I got. My set had all loose knee joints were they could not stand. So I used a joint liquid to fix those! Always something with these toys!

Yes as far the filmation cartoon lore. But the evil Horde figures in the 80s were carded or marketed more for evil villians agaist heman and the masters of the universe line. In the filmation cartoon both He-man and she ra would team up to fight the horde sometimes and also in the chrismas special. The classic line put the a whole other back story with He-man, skelator and the evil Horde.

No body does! It's a cool set. I'm just showing whats out their. I agree with the exclusives nonsense! The only positive thing I can say is that they spent alot of money on tooling and I can see these figures coming out down the road in retail carded releases as long as the origins line continues long enough. Wave 8 already has a horde trooper coming in it. So thats a good start!
