@@ThomasRay-dq2ru Congrats on getting your Modulok figure in hand. The figure make a great piece mint in box or all set up out of box like my figure is now. He's definitely much bigger and cooler looking then the Original figure from the 80s. Thanks for watching and sharing your Modulok figure updates 👌

Hello Manchild! Finally! There is the Master-Figure (King) of "part swapping" and "mix and match". Can't wait to get mine. "We made it to Modulok?" We would have made it to Modulok 2 years earlier, when Mattel would'nt have mixed ever "no canon" sh*t inside the line. It is still a hoax/miracle that the complete core Horde is not completed to this day. Nice Part Swaping like always! Keep on the good work!
@Themanchlid

Hello iliasfog8857! Yep, we made it to Modulok, and you're gonna be happy with this one! There's still hope to finish the rest of the 80s Origins figures up. Mattel promised several times in interviews that they would complete the line over time. They also said the Regular Two Bad is finished with sculpting. Maybe we will see him at Toy Fair. This Modulok was worth the wait and came out awesome!! You do have to use a little caution if you're gonna pull parts on and off too much because of the fixed pegs. Definitely use a blow dryer on low heat on the sockets to mix parts around. I think most of us are just gonna build one or two forms and leave him as is. Or just keep him in the box. Aside from that, We won! We have Modulok, and there are plenty of Preorders available to get a couple 👍

@@josray2557 Thanks for checking out the review and sharing your childhood Toy memories! Yeah I have all kinds of little memories with many of those Vintage Masters of the Universe figures as a kid. Top review as always. Have mine pre order at bbts. Probably will display him in vintage shape. Don't like the idea. Of pulling them ball joints in and out too much. Could lead to them breaking. Had him as a kid. Got modulok hordak leech and mantenna. In Christmas 1985. Great childhood memories.

@@stephenleahy1684 Thanks for always taking the time to watch another review on this channel! This Modulok came from Entertainment Earth. BBTS is taking longer to get the newer figures in. But they will be here before you know it. The joints feels sturdy enough to pull parts on and off a few times, but i wouldn't go crazy with with that because I can see them breaking. I also remember getting all those Evil Horde figures as a kid in the 80s. Great childhood memories for sure!!👌

Modulok was always one of my favorites growing up. My parents had a rule that I could only have one of any particular character (no variants), but they made an exception with Modulok because of the mixing and matching of multiple body parts. So I do remember having at least two of them (maybe three?) and then definitely just the one Multi-Bot the following year. That being said, one big criticism I have with this (especially after watching your review) is that Mattel really made this more complicated than it needed to be. I mean, the modular system was already built into Origins. I’m not quite understanding why they couldn’t just duplicate the original plug and play method into this newer figure. Playmates is doing the same thing with the newest waves of their Tales of the TMNT line, and despite the parts not having articulation (which they could), it works perfectly. I don’t really hurt my fingers mixing and matching the parts. This seems like a chore (and as you said, a bit stressful) to use that tool and remember which extension works with each part. My arm and muscle strength is weakening more and more as time goes by. Regardless of that, this is still an awesome figure, and one that I will likely be getting multiples of. I mean, at this point, I sort of have to! My son saw this and another review of Modulok and said, “Oh yes!” Combine that with multiples of Multi-Bot (which is pretty much another certainty as next year’s follow-up), and that’ll be one massive MegaBeast!!! Great review! ~Damon

@Themanchlid 27 күн бұрын
@@FandomEntanglement I only had one Modulok and Multibot as a kid. I think I only tried to mix parts between the two once. I always kept my figures setup just like the box, kind of like I'm doing now with the Origins. I agree! I think the modular design of this figure for Origins is a little complicated and delicate with some of those pegs. I guess time will tell! I also don't care for that tool and the way certain pegs have to plug in or be installed. Aside from those choices, This Version of Modulok came out awesome for the Origins. The size, colors and overall look is way cooler than the vintage figure. I look forward to seeing Multibot next. I can can definitely see him coming next year to the Origins. Thanks for watching as always 👌

@Themanchlid The vintage was shorter in proportions compared to the normal MOTU males b'cuz they're trying to maintain the 5.5 height ratio, especially with his dual neck extensions. @@4thecollectors Thanks for watching and congrats on getting your Modulok figure all together now! I tried to lay it out as simple as I can see putting this figure together in that vintage full form and see what other parts are left to add or build two figures. I think he should have come with a second pelvis piece with all the pegs sticking out. It's also a little stressful pulling parts on and off this figure to mix parts around. The pegs feel a little dedicate to do that over and over. I'm leaving my figure setup like the back of the box and I put the extra parts away.
