Love to learn it from someone authentic... its always weird to me see americans or germans do that...and dont have a connection to the material they are working with....Thank you so much...i love the 3 section staff since i saw it the first time....and i am thinking about building me one, while i am training right now with a full staff.... which is also exciting to learn 4:06 Spin around could also be used as a block....but after seeing a match with full protected people 3sec staff vs.- sword and shild the staff is so nonstop damage, there is almost no way to get through for a master, maybe i figured out how to attack and get a point by strike him with the blade and dont get hit, but if he was a master there would be indeed no chance other than cut it or cut the enemy in half xD

I stopped training Martial Arts long ago.. but now that they announced that F2F classes are going back, I'm somehow kinda excited so I'm training again to use it as an extension skills for my sports like "Badminton" my profession sport or I mean main sport.. well since I am already experienced, I could easily get what Master Song means by slow down and etc.. good thing there are some bamboos leftover here, I could use it to make this staff.. I'll use my 'chucks as a reference and try to modify it a li'l bit.
