I dont know if someone with no prior knowledge could make proper use of this instruction, but as someone who has a decent bit of basic kung fu under their belt, these instructions are extremely useful. theres just so many little details about foot, hips, shoulder positioning to make proper form that you cant teach if you arent physically there with the student. very helpful though.

I am practicing upstairs on the roof , my neighbours thought i went crazy hahaha they look at me in a really funny way 😜.. finally i found something i can stick with ! I hate the gym and i was looking for an alternative i wanted to exercise and still am but i've found something better 😁❤️ The cosmos responded in an amazing way. Btw First exercise done but still slow . The other exercises are hard but still trying till i get them .Thanks again so much 🙏🏻

Hi, I have been training southern preying Mantis kung fu for 5 years, I am still 1 year or more from achieving my first belt Grey Sash.😄. Our Shifu does not teach us the staff until we achieve the first belt.
