Thanks for the very explicit and utmostly useful video, Master Song! How about the necessity to train the left hand, i.e. after one does all techniques with the right hand, to switch and perform that same set of moves with the left hand? It would not contradict the tradition? Because I would like to develop fluency to perform with both hands equally (question of harmonical development)

Good question my friend, yes you can do both hand , I do with both hands too with my double sword training 😀but this training session 1 is for beginners 😀

Graet! I'm italian, and i looking your videos every day, you are a great master ; Here in my Contry the people don't Know this discipline. Can youi going in Italy? I live in a small Town Schio near Vicenza city in the north of Italy. In this zone research masters of KUNg FU in the School and Pools. Two Chinese famous master of Thai Chi are here. But I dont' Know were they lives. The italian masters of KUnG FU is not good......but the Chinese masters are marvellous!!! Very Master of this discipline! in Italy exist this: MONEY; MONEY;MONEY for everyfight!!!! Is not possible!
