I’ve been having a very difficult month and playing this during my morning mediation really helped me so much. I wore my black tourmaline around my neck and on a different hand held my amethyst and my moldavite and couldn’t hold in my tears. This helped center but also ground me not just in my spiritual journey but also my nursing career love you all so much ❤️

This morning I felt something weird yet calm was happening all around me.. I was having some chilly windy environment all around me though it's hot in my place usually I sweat a lot .. then I felt a light even though my room was dark... At one point I could hear a males voice in native chanting in my ear and I could feel as though someone was working on my body energy wise mainly my third eye and heart chakra. There was a lot more that happened but that is what really stood out for me . Will definitely listen to this again !

Just an FYI, in case no one has let you know. Lots of interruptions with ads. These were not there before and are very distracting. You have such extraordinary wisdom to share, it is a shame that this is happening. I’ve noticed that this is happening on other meditation videos as well. The authors have been made aware and took steps to fix the issue. I KNOW this isn’t you - this is KZbin. However, only you can fix it.

I am new to all this and have started my journey with your videos. They are so calming, refreshing and peaceful. I am in the beginning stages of meditation and when I am laying down I have felt strong tingling throughout my body but mainly in my hands. And my arms feel like there is tons of weight on them ( but in a relaxing way )...Is this normal, good, bad or am I just not doing something right? I did this meditation in the afternoon before I took a nap...in the night I did the sleep manifestation meditation as I do routinely...I dreamt about my love coming back and making commitment to me. Before sleeping I requested a message from the spirit guides . I was told cons by a friend about him and good things about him by family in the dream. Was this just a dream or a message from the guides? How do I know?
