The hearings and the calender of which case is given precedence over others gives doubt of a powerful related lawyers lobby influencing such immediate even midnight hearings by the Apex court. The biggest mistake that Indian law makers made is keeping CJI out of criticism. That's horrible and after all they're also human beings, definitely they do have biases which may eventually drive the cases they're handling. Parliament must amend that rule. Nowhere in the world judges are kept outside of public criticism. Even in the USA and Australia, the public can criticize judges for their wrong decisions. Recently there was a big protest in the US regarding abortion law. That's how democracy should function: no one is kept out of criticism.

Lawyer payment is WHITE only ? Even if they charge Rs 30 lakhs per hearing it is recorded as legal fee and not black money -- Courts can no fix the Lawyer fee as we are in Free market economy -- Only thing courts can do is -- create a Crowd fund where people can donate and employ good lawyer for poor people and pay from the crow fund .. Let there be competition to these SO CALLED brilliant lawyers. LAW need to be made simple which Parliament can take up as a big project .. I have absolutely no trust in justice system in India. Some of the judges may be good but if you observe the daily news itself you know any criminal can easily get bail and roam around “rajaroshavagi”. Personally I myself could not get justice in the court of law. The current system needs complete revamp and transparency. At present my feel is any sensible citizen doesn’t believe in Indian judiciary, whether it is local court or high court or even supreme court
