Who knows, maybe the game itself came out of sync. Sometimes when I'm playing the notes come out of sync with the music halfway through a song and I have to restart the game to fix it.

do an audio sync clap at the start of recording as well as when you stop recording and use that to sync your footage/audio, fyi.
