The hard thing about masturbating to make labour easier. Is when mother is not in the practice of regular self masturbation. Birth is stressful. Masturbation helps with stress, but if not used to doing it, it is hard to get into it.

Midwives are very judgemental about this, it has to change for women to feel comfortable to birth their babies in hospital.
