Gilgmesh kick:The first enemy hit becomes the projectile, when the intial damage of the ability kills the firsst target hit, theres no projectile. You killed fenir before he could even take the bonus damage.

I was playing a match as Osiris with my buddy playing gilg in the jungle a few weeks after he was released. I had a couple move speed items and one was talisman, somehow I managed to get a permanent move speed buff from gilgs 3, I'm pretty sure along with the move speed from my 2 and the speed buff and talisman fully stacked i was reaching terminal velocity, it took us a few minutes to realize but we all noticed at the same time like "damn you're hauling ass wtf". The buff went away when I died but it was hilarious to full sprint at their squishies and clap them.

I build bumbas hammer crusher hydras lament sledge blackthorn hammer and then last item can be anything I need and I know I should build more damage focused but this build still does enough damage to kill adc mid and junglers pretty quickly and I’m pretty ranks with the health and sustain with bumbas

why would you ever want hi-rez to lower the move speed. They have literally slowly taken movement speed off everything in the game. remember when the mage rings used to give movement speed. the even nerfed movement speed scaling. apparently they don't want their video game to be fun.

Alright it's time for me to admit this, I'm not sure I understand the difference between normal pen and percent pen, I think I get it but I think it would be safer to just ask if anyone can explain it to me

Normal pen is also referred to as flat pen. Normal/flat pen ignores a given number of protections (up to 50), while percent pen, well... yeah, you get the point. It's also worth nothing that a lot of people refer to protection reduction as pen - which it technically is, but functions a little differently. Flat/percent pen ignores a given number of protections a target has when calculating damage you deal, while protection reduction actually reduces that target's protections (flat or percentage) for ALL incoming damage of that type for a certain amount of time and shows up as a debuff.

super cool of u bro, tbh no one ever asks for help tt, Flat pen ignores a small number of protections like say 15 whereas percent pen reduces the prots by say 20% etc. Flat pen caps at 50 (never hit) and percent pen caps at 40%. Percent Pen is really good for objectives like Pheonix and for tanky bois. Flat pen is good for early game, generally.
