Countess is a squishy assassin but she might have the best clear in the game so that’s why she is suitable for mid. Plus she has a teleport like baskets jump so she can use that to poke safely.

First off, love seeing you play predecessor! I loved paragon back then. I would love you see Kuang (I think that was his name) used to love playing him in Jungle, just in case his name is different, its the Guy with the 2handed Sword. I think you will enjoy him a lot! Fey is really fun. She’s a mage whose main ability comes back fast and the every time you hit it does more damage for 6 seconds, so you get a shot or two, stacking up to 75%. Other than that that her ult pulls and stuns and then she has a slow and a circle damage ability

Yeah, Dekker and Lt. Belica are 2 different characters. They just look very similar and are easy to get mixed up, Same with Grux and Khaimera. That's not on Pred, it's on paragon for not making the characters visually distinct enough. Just remember that the military chick has a gun (that's Lt. Belica).

@@russellg9622 you can still make them more visually distinct while keeping a clear style to represent the same military. Look at overwatch. Visually distinct, yet all clearly part of the same organization.

@@timwhitman3207 true but it’s more realistic for military members to have the same uniforms. I think it’s more to do with the similar character portraits that should be more distinct. That would solve the issue even if it was something as simple as having the camera angle or lighting being different.

@@russellg9622 Better portraits would help, but you need to be able to look at an enemy player on a crowded battlefield and IMMEDIATELY know what they can and can't do. Readability in character design always should trump "realism". It's a MOBA, not a military sim, it needs to be more readable than realistic.

Sustain in the jungle is actually pretty common. Rampage and Khai both have regen on their passives. Crunch heals off his ult passive. Countess heals off her spin. Kwang and Feng Mao can give themselves a shield. Kallari is really an outlier among junglers because she has insane burst and carry potential, but can fall behind in farm if she takes too much damage ganking, or can lose the chance to gank if she loses too much HP to jungle creeps. I like Pred's system way better where junglers can build tankier and play around their team unlike Smite where every jungler is a glass cannon unless warrior items are good enough that you can build them in jungle. It gives your more to think about in team comp, more to think about when itemizing (which adds variance to games), and more playstyle variance between junglers.

Mid countess and assassin countess in my experience build way different. Mid plays her like a real mage and assassin's play her like you played khaimera

fun fact from an OG paragon player. Countess used to be a nasty mid laner until Morigesh was created. Countess was a good mid laner cause mid lane ramps levels fast and countess has/had good poke abilities
